For the on-site team
Comprehensive sessions that cover every aspect of the job
Pre-Employment Induction
Site orientation briefing about the site activities, the roles & responsibilities and check lists/documents to be maintained.
On-Site Training
State-of-the-art training sessions are conducted for the technical team on various equipment and appliances, customised as per the site’s requirement.
The technical staff is also periodically trained on the best practices of operation & maintenance for electro-mechanical equipment, like transformers (sub-stations), DG-power house, UPS, HVAC, chiller, elevator, electrical panels, different types of breakers, building management service activities, etc.

Training in Fire Fighting Systems course are provided by qualified Safety Officers.

Our CRM/CRE’s conduct briefing session regularly on grooming & soft skills.

External training sessions are conducted for site supervisors and above.

Periodic refresher courses are carried out separately for Field Staff & Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) at the site.
For the back office
Lessons for every situation
At Office Induction
Training modules have been specially designed for the back office operations team and are conducted regularly.
The training covers attitude, behavior, time management, effective communication, team building, leadership qualities & internal relationship handling.
