A graduate in science from Madras Christian College, Chennai, VV is a technocrat entrepreneur. He is also the Promoter and Chairman of VRVS - UK, Vishwamber Cements Limited and Chief Patron of VRVS Memorial Trust.
Managing Director of VRVS, Manoj has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from ISB, Hyderabad. He has received his Executive Education from Kellogg School of Management, The Wharton School & Fundacao Dom Cabral.
Manoj has been active in the field of tribal education and healthcare through VRVS Memorial Trust which has been bringing transformation in the life of many since 2006.
The Immediate Past Chapter President of Fire & Security Association of India and the current National Sub-chair for Membership at FSAI, Manoj is also on the board of VRVS - UK and mPower Solar Inc. US.
Director-Operations of VRVS India Private Limited, Vinod has been handling the entire services department since the inception of VRVS. With tremendous amount of hands-on experience, he has been instrumental in building the MEP Engineering Services - O&M department. Passionate about his work, he is constantly fine-tuning and working to better processes at VRVS.

R Gopalakrishnan is the CFO of VRVS India Private Limited. A qualified Company Secretary with a Masters in Law, he has been managing the legal and financial aspects for corporates for more than 35 years. He manages the legal, secretarial, finance and accounting functions at VRVS. He is also on the board of Vishwamber Cements Limited and Deccan Cements Limited.
A financial professional with experience spread over non-banking financial services, stock broking, investment banking, asset management, Corporate Advisory and Wealth Management/ Private Banking Services.
A certified independent director, he acts as a board member in several reputed companies.He is an MBA , MFT, Pre-qualification as Company Secretary and PGPMAX from Indian School of Business.
